New Features:
- Updated all toolbar artwork with refreshed icons that scale properly on high-DPI monitors
- Improved USCF color allocation in rare cases where equalization and alternation priorities conflict within a score group and most players are due the same color
- Prize payouts now follow the USCF rules more closely: tied players share prizes correctly, a player who can win in several classes is awarded the best prize they can win, and the unrated prize limit is applied before the remainder is paid within the point group
- Prize warnings are now consistent on all prize reports and only appear when there is something for you to act on. Final results now list any prize or cash that went to nobody, and the confusing "Probable Prize" message when class definitions are ambiguous was removed
- Partly overlapping class ranges (for example 1700-1999 and 1600-1799) are now accepted; only a class no one can win is flagged
- Prize setup: the priority columns on the non-cash prize grids now have a header and scale correctly with DPI, and the default-priority buttons are named for what they actually do
- Range warnings now read correctly ("class Under 1200" instead of running the words together)
- Updated the help topics for prizes and prize warnings
- New installs sync with ChessRoster every 5 minutes by default (existing settings are kept)

Bugfix:
- Improved database import reliability
- Fix mouse wheel causing temporary freezes in the UI
- Fixed preset options in the player registration profile appearing grayed out when no database was loaded
- Fixed "Maximum for unrated" not being remembered for each section when a tournament is saved and reopened
- Fixed "Unrated in top class only" no longer applying after reopening a tournament or switching sections
- Fixed the class-range dialog wiping prizes and priorities for classes beyond the number of class prizes, and Cancel changing saved settings
- Fixed age/grade prize classes: a player with no age recorded is no longer eligible for the youngest class, and "K" now works as grade 0
